Frequently asked questions
Is this tax-compliant in my country?
No guarantee. This is a general-purpose invoice template. Rules for GST, VAT, and sales tax vary by jurisdiction and may require specific fields, numbering, and wording. Check the requirements of your tax authority before using this for official tax filing.
Does the invoice save automatically?
No. Data lives in your browser's memory only while the page is open. Print or save as PDF to keep a copy — refreshing the page will clear it.
How do I make a PDF?
Click Print / Save as PDF and choose "Save as PDF" or "Microsoft Print to PDF" in your browser's print dialog.
Does the print view include the form?
No. The print stylesheet hides everything except the invoice preview, so the printed document looks like a clean invoice.
Can I edit the invoice after printing?
Yes. Change any field and click print again. The preview updates live.
